The Next Two Six Week Sessions Begin September 9th and 10th, 2017
Check the class schedule page for class dates
This six-week series will be taught in a workshop style format that will stick to the basics. We will focus on breath, postural alignment and will offer modifications for you and your unique needs. Each class will include an element of very understandable and applicable anatomy and physiology so you will come away with a deeper understanding of how your body is put together and how you can move safely and confidently into yoga postures. Each class in the series will build on the knowledge gained in the previous class and there will be plenty of time allowed for questions. Space is limited to provide ample individual attention. The goal of the series is to allow you to step into future yoga classes armed with the information and understanding you need to feel capable and confident and to help you glimpse the joy and well-being that a yoga practice can bring to your life.
