Basics, Basic Flow, and Gentle Flow - All Levels

Dive deep into fundamentals to develop greater body awareness, get accustomed to the names, shapes, and intention of the most commonly practiced yoga poses, and ensure you have a solid understanding of posture, anatomy, and alignment. Our teachers will introduce you to the tenets of yoga philosophy, powerful breathing practices, and safe bio-mechanics to help you live a happier and healthier lifestyle. And don’t be fooled by the word ‘basic’, regardless of your experience expect to be nurtured and challenged.

 

Vinyasa 1/2

Accessible to all levels, a 1/2 level flow will introduce more pace into your yoga practice as you learn to link postures with breath and move with grace, strength, and fluidity. We encourage newcomers to visit our basics classes because teachers will expect students to have some knowledge of pose names and alignment best practices. Classes will vary in style based on the teacher so be sure to check out all of our wonderful teaching staff and the collective wealth of education they have to offer!

Iyengar 1/2

A mixed-level class that focuses on precision and alignment; poses are generally held longer than a flow class, and props will be used to support and deepen the practice. Every class is different, but over time standing poses, forward folds, backbends, twists, and inversions will be taught. 

  

Deep Stretch and Restorative - All Levels

These quiet, meditative classes focus on longer holds in mainly passive poses which are designed for relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness. No matter your lifestyle, this is the perfect class to add to your health and self-care routine.
