This is a No Experience needed series that will take you from the ground up in 5 classes so you will feel confident walking into any yoga studio anywhere and know what props you need for your body, and how to modify most poses safely for your body.
Classes are offered live in-studio as well as live-streamed online from the comfort of your own home.
