Gentle Yoga

Designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive and friendly environment. This class focuses on basic poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques to build a solid foundation for your practice. Our skilled instructor will provide clear instructions and modifications to ensure you feel comfortable and confident as you learn. Perfect for those new to yoga or anyone looking to revisit the basics, this class emphasizes gentle movement, relaxation, and mindfulness.

Melted Yoga

Melted Yoga is a combination of Yoga and the Melt Method which helps to relieve stress, create freedom in movement and improve balance and strength. The Melt Method is a self-care technique with benefits similar to massage and acupuncture. Soft Melt rollers and balls help prepare for yogas deep stretching and strengthening poses. Must be able to get to the floor and back up on your own.

Yoga Flow/Mixed Level Flow

Accessible to all levels, mixed level flow will introduce more pace into your yoga practice as you learn to link postures with breath and move with grace, strength, and fluidity. Classes will vary in style based on the teacher so be sure to check out all of our wonderful teaching staff and the collective wealth of education they have to offer!

Iyengar 1/2

A mixed-level class that focuses on precision and alignment; poses are generally held longer than a flow class, and props will be used to support and deepen the practice. Every class is different, but over time standing poses, forward folds, backbends, twists, and inversions will be taught.
