Talks and Discussions on Yoga-Vedanta with Ram Goodman

Join us for this ongoing series exploring Yoga-Vedanta, combining Yogic practices and the non-dual philosophy of Advaita Vedanta. The sessions are mainly focused on philosophy and meditation with some asana practice. Self Realization and the end of suffering is the aim of the teachings.

The series runs every Sunday from Nov 1st-Dec 6th @ 9:30-11:30am
