Not only does Halloween fall on a Saturday this year, it's also the second full moon in October, known as a Blue Moon. Join Kelly Cirone, known for her really special events, for a full spectrum, super sonic yoga experience on the most potent, magical night of the year.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We want everything about this night to feel like a special treat. Our gathering will take place in the larger of our two studio spaces. You'll find a large 15' section marked off just for you. It has a complimentary sanitizing station for your use. The lights will be dim and the music will be soft to help you relax and tune in. You'll be guided through a very special, moderately paced vinyasa sequence that ends in the dreamiest deep stretch postures imaginable. When you are ready for deeper work, you'll journey through an immersive body sensing practice, pranayama and a guided meditation for a consciousness expanding night of nurturing self care.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
To fully experience the depth of this practice, it's important for you to be as relaxed as possible. Please dress in cozy layers. Please bring your yoga blocks, and don't forget your favorite pillows and blankets for the meditation portion of the event. Keep in mind that at this time we are not loaning out the studio props so you'll need to bring your own from home. Try to eat a nourishing meal a few hours before you arrive and remember to sip water throughout the day. Make note of signs, unusual events, and fateful timing as we prepare to gather -- they may be important messages to explore during our time together.
